Originally from Wellington, New Zealand, Alison-Rose has proudly called Australia home for over two decades, with the past 15 years spent living on the beautiful Mid North Coast. Her career journey has taken many paths, with experience in hospitality and administration, but one thing has always remained constant -her love for connecting with people and making a difference in their lives.
That passion led Alison-Rose into healthcare, where she trained as a nurse and worked across a wide range of settings, including public hospitals, aged care, and community health. While she found nursing deeply rewarding, she began to feel a pull toward a more personalised approach -one that would allow her to spend more dedicated time supporting each individual’s wellbeing.
This inspired her to retrain as a Remedial Massage Therapist, combining her clinical knowledge with a hands-on, holistic approach to care. Alison-Rose takes the time to truly listen to her clients, understand their needs, and create tailored treatment plans that support pain relief, better movement, and overall wellness. Her style is gentle, thoughtful, and focused on the whole person, not just the symptoms.
